In a standard cleaning, we clean the rooms in the house including the kitchen, bathrooms and living areas. For a deep cleaning, we clean and disinfect the rooms in the house including the kitchen, bathrooms and living areas. We also clean the windows, doors, ceiling fans and cabinets.

How much will it cost?

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring our cleaning products and equipment to every property and facility we clean but customers are also free to provide theirs.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Customers can request special and extra tasks to be carried out by our team, but this must first be discussed and agreed upon before our cleaners go ahead.

How can I apply my coupon code?

Our customers can apply for a coupon code whenever we have a promo. Alternatively, customers may contact us to check for available coupon codes if not published on our website.

Do you accept debit/credit card payments?

We accept Bacs, credit/debit card payments and cheques in some instances.

To provide you with a quote, we will need the following information:

Your property address and postcode
Contact telephone number
Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, cloakrooms, living rooms, carpeted rooms
Parking arrangement at your property
Details of what you want to be done and when

Do you need to see my property before providing a quote?

We would normally need to see your property to provide you with a quote, but we might request some basic information to give you a quote in the current circumstances. This is to limit human to human contact in the light of the current global pandemic.

You do not need to be at home why the cleaning is taking place, especially in the current global pandemic.

Do your cleaners do key pickup and drop off?

Our cleaners do key pickup and drop off where necessary.

Do you provide ironing services?

We provide ironing and housekeeping services.
